This week is our annual Healthy Living Week.

We have been having loads of fun doing a range of activities including not one, but two guest speakers! We welcomed Mark Dolman from Livewell, who spoke about the Livewell scheme, and talked about sugar levels in drinks. We also were pleased to have a visit from Chris Buttery, Community Dietitian who talked about healthy eating and the Eatwell Plate. 

We have also been doing daily exercise sessions, and making dreamcatchers for a healthy mind.

We have learnt a lot so far and now know have plenty of tips to live a healthy lifestyle.
