Service Manager
Our Service Manager is responsible for all staff and the day-to-day operations of the centre in all areas. To ensure high quality care and support is delivered and activities that promote independence are facilitated. To ensure the centre is a safe environment in all aspects from health & safety, safeguarding and relevant policies and procedures.
Deputy Manager
Our Deputy Manager is responsible for the management of the Activities and support staff, Volunteers and Work Placements. Arranging training, assessing members’ ongoing needs and updating support plans. Lead and manage the team, helping them to deliver high standards across the service. The deputy manager plays an important role in supporting the manager of the service.
Team Leader
Our Team Leader is responsible for the management of the Care and Support staff and overseeing the day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring members are worked with on an individual basis to make members feel in control. The Team Leader will assist the Deputy Manager and the Service Manager to ensure smooth operations of the Enabled Centre.
Support Workers
Our Support Workers are responsible for supporting members to engage in activities, prompting independence and choice. Fully trained to provide personal care when required. An experienced team who deliver a high standard of care with dignity and compassion.
